Marissa helped plan a trip for my husband and I to bring our four kids (ages 7, 6, 4, and 2.5) to Disney World. I cannot explain to you how helpful she was... but I'll try. In addition to booking ALL FastPasses we requested, and ALL character dining within a 10 minute window of the times we requested, AND alerting us to when our flights opened for booking, AND booking a room in our price point that could sleep all 6 of us, Marissa sent out a MASSIVE, ORGANIZED itinerary that was basically Disney for dummies. It was customized for our trip and helped us get an idea of the flow for our days. We referred to it daily while on the trip. Our transportation to and from the airport was easy and convenient, and Marissa made sure our strollers were ready and waiting for us at our hotel upon arrival. Every day my husband and I would look at each other and say "Marissa is awesome" because there was SO much we were able to do because of her! She equipped us with information and knowledge on how to best work the parks and passes, and really made this trip a dream.

Frequently asked questions
For most vacations, no. There's never a planning fee for Disney Cruise Line, and planning is complimentary for most Walt Disney World and Disneyland vacation packages. For a few smaller bookings, such as tickets only or very short hotel-only stays, a modest planning fee may apply. We'll always tell you before we book, so there are never surprises.
Not for Disney. Disney vacation packages and Disney Cruise Line fares booked through us are the same price you'd pay booking directly with Disney. Planning is complimentary for most vacations, and we'll always tell you upfront if a fee applies.
As early as you can. Disney Cruise Line releases sailings well in advance, and the best stateroom categories and prices typically go first. Your advisor can watch for promotions after you book.
Many families start planning 9 to 12 months out, which gives the best choice of resorts and dining. Shorter timelines are absolutely possible, and we plan those too.
After you book, we keep an eye out for applicable offers. If one becomes available for your trip and dates, we work to apply it to your reservation.
Often, yes. Depending on the booking, it may be possible to transfer it to us so we can support your planning. Ask your advisor and we'll let you know.
Disney is our specialty, but we also plan Universal Orlando, Adventures by Disney, and all-inclusive escapes in the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii. Our luxury division, C&C World Travel, handles international and river cruises.
